Terms & Conditions

Overview and acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Bounc, including the website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing, subscribing to, or using Bounc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Bounc is a software tool designed to assist users in managing, organizing, and importing third-party 3D assets. Bounc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by 3dsky or any other asset marketplace.

Use of the software and user responsibilities

You may use Bounc only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to download, store, organize, and use any third-party assets processed through the software.

Bounc does not provide, distribute, sell, or license 3D models or assets. All content remains the property of its respective owners. The software acts only as an organizational and workflow tool.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Subscriptions, plans, and payments

Bounc is offered through paid subscription plans. Features may vary depending on the selected plan.

Some plans provide in-software organization only, while others allow direct organization of files on disk. The availability of features is clearly described at the time of subscription.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or plans at any time. Changes will not affect active billing cycles without prior notice.

Intellectual property and software ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Bounc software, including its code, interface, branding, and documentation, are owned by Bounc and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional purposes, in accordance with your subscription plan.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the software or any rights beyond those expressly stated.

Disclaimers, limitations, and termination

Bounc is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or if continued use poses a risk to the platform or other users.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
